Unreasonable and misleading prices. Terrible customer service.

The pricing structure and breakdown is misleading. The renewal offers for more than 1 year are misleading, excessive, and unreasonable. The customer service is also quite poor. Some of the people are pleasant, but I’ve had several terrible experiences speaking with rude, demanding, or otherwise unprofessional staff. Although, I’m speaking quite directly and frankly here, I’ve typically begin all my interactions with kindness. That patience and kindness has run out living with this place for well... over 2 years now.

My favorite apartment

The staff in the office is always so friendly and welcoming! Sam, the manger, is always so responsive and helpful. I had very few maintenance issues with my apartment here but when I did they were always prompt, even when it was after hours. The apartments are spacious and the closets are huge! The property itself is absolutely gorgeous and has so many trees. The only reason I moved from here was because I moved out of Gainesville. If I ever move back I would definitely go back to Oxford manor!

I lived here in a 3-3 for a semester and it was great! Balcony room had lots of natural light and the house was great for a college student. Maintenance was great and quick. Would recommend to anyone!

Pathetic

If you want to live in a place that you have to constantly call maintenance for internet, plumbing, and AC problems LIVE HERE! On top of those problems, the "gated complex" is not maintained. every other day the gate has been knocked off or doesn't work. The entire month of August and first two weeks of September the gate was wide open letting dumpster divers and everyone else come in. Office staff is constantly changing and no one ever knows what is going on. After 5 days of our AC being out... my I was offered a box fan to keep my house 80 degrees cold in the summertime with animals in the apartment. 100% will not be renewing my lease.
