Living at Gainesville Place Apartments for the has been an absolute blast! The pool is amazing - definitely an oasis! I love lounging by the water, soaking up the sun and seeing what events they have going on . The 24-hour gym is amazing, fully equipped has been a blessing to my vision board. My apartment is super spacious and the full sized washer and dryer are a huge plus. The front office staff is super friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The Maintenace team is top-notch with... same-day service that's suppppperrr reliable! There's always something exciting happening here which was a great way for me to meet my neighbors and new friends. Gainesville Place Apartments truly offered me the perfect mix of fun and convenience and I'm so sad to be leaving. Highly recommend!

Great place to live

I've lived here for 2 years now and don't have a bad thing to say. maintenance is quick, the office staff is super helpful, and the amenities are top tier. They host a lot of events so it's a great way to meet new people or just get some free stuff. highly recommend if you're looking for an affordable place that's still nice

No proper management

They really have no sense of proper management. Will start any kind of renovation in your apartment or near your apartment as they feel like with no regard to the residents.

Do not rent here

The office staff is often changed and not responsible. Some services incur costs and you are not told in advance and then billed directly. I often see tenants in the office arguing with the office staff or the manager. It seems that the office staff will only soften up if the tenant is assertive. But I don't want to get into a fight. This place is a nightmare for me and I will never rent when my lease is up and I will tell everyone I know about the real situation here. Highly discourage UF... students from living here, crap service!
