Lots of roaches even on the second floor. Maintenance came but it didn't help as the building (5) is completely infested. Stay away especially for this price.

My scooter has been stolen 4 times in the last 3 months, the walls are paper thin and I can hear every step the people above me take, they refuse to get cameras or lock the gate that all of our things are being stolen out of. Avoid this area for your safety, because lux does not care.

I deleted find my previous review to update an overall move in experience. Sean from the leasing office has been on top of my situation, the inconvenience, and made every effort to solve the matter. From the problem I had with Lux13 to now I am giving them an overall 4/5 stars. I am loving my current unit. I plan on being here for a while.

This is my second school year living here. I have had 0 issues (besides the normal roommate stuff which the apt complex can't control). Great pricing, I think its worth the price for students. They just upgraded the pool area which I thought looked fine before but now it looks awesome! The staff is very welcoming each time you are in the main office area. I chose to renew here another year because you can tell that they genuinely care. Maintenance has always fixed any issues we've had in 24 or... less and are phenomenal people. I recommend Lux13 to everyone!

I highly discourage anyone thinking of living at this complex unless you are independently wealthy. We were told that $150 of the utilities would be covered; we would just have to pay the overages. Well, the "overages" ranged from $150 the first month to $701 the last. How is is possible that a small apartment could run utilities that high? It isn't, but lawyers fees would be more that the savings, so we just moved out as quickly as we could.
