I'm currently living in a private 1 bed/1 bath unit in a 4x4 apartment at The Landings at Bivens Arm (3801 SW 13th St, Gainesville, FL 32608). I've... lived here for a year and loved it, so I renewed my lease for Fall 2025 through Summer 2026 (August 2025 – July 2026).

Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, I’ll be leaving the U.S. next semester and am now looking for someone to take over my lease.
