The apartment is right across the street from campus which is super convenient for walking to class. I am putting my room... up for sublease for the summer and two of my other roommates are also looking to do the same, so if you wish to rent with your friends, let me know! The room is in building B of the apartment complex, but as a courtyards resident, you also have access to building A (right across the street) which has the pool and fitness center.
