Maintenance Request I put in a maintenance request for my refrigerator they were very prompt and fixed the issue and I didn’t have to wait for days to get the problem resolved

Highly Recommend!!

Devin and his team have been the absolute best. We had a 3/2 apartment that was HUGE! The floor plan was perfect and there was so much storage and closet space. All facilities were exceptional and I can’t say enough nice things about the property manager, Devin. He was responsive, kind and a true gem. Thanks for an amazing housing experience.

Would not recommend

Made the mistake of renewing the lease instead of sacrificing the financial loss of getting a new apartment. Continuous, massive leaking and flooding issues every couple months, with endless promises that it's fixed. They've put in some work renovating the buildings, but there are clearly severe underlying problems. There is no buffer of noise between yourself and neighboslrs. The high turnover rate with staff makes it impossible for them to be knowledgeable about anything, including the... personal details of lease information. There is rarely EVER a human to answer the phones- literally only twice out of over 50 calls. It takes days to get responses, and they always try to make you feel bad for inconveniencing them. And god forbid you miss their phone call- they don't leave voicemails, and you're back at square one. Would not recommend.
