Gainesville Place Apartments

Subleasing 1 bedroom with private bathroom of a 4 bed/4 bath apartment in Gainesville Place for $574 per month from August 2025 through July 2026! The move in date is flexible. Utilities not included, typically runs anywhere between $40-70 per month.... The bedroom comes furnished with a full size bed frame, mattress, desk with chair, and dresser. The living room is also furnished, the kitchen has good appliances and a new dishwasher, and there is a washer and dryer in unit. The apartment is located on the second floor (accessed by stairs only, no elevator) and there is a balcony.

There are currently two roommates that are both students, with one of the other bedrooms being unoccupied. One is an undergraduate male and one is a graduate female, both respectful and cleanly.

The overall apartment complex is nice with a good gym, huge pool with a large TV, basketball courts, tennis courts, and more! Parking is available 24/7 at no additional cost and visitor parking is also free and widely available. The bus route 38 runs every 10-15 minutes through the apartment complex to the Hub on campus.

*The cat in the photos is my cat. There will be no animals in the home upon the beginning of your subleasing.
*Also, I signed early last year, so subleasing my rent is slightly cheaper than directly leasing from Gainesville Place. The new prices are $40-50 more per month.
