College View

2 Bed 1 Bath, pretty close to campus and publix, easily bikable which is what i do. Parking is always available. Side stairwell exclusive to this apartment that can be used for a little bit of storage, can also put a bike in there. Not the best... apartment due to being old, but cheap and AC works and i keep the place as clean as i can. Laundry room is just across the short parking lot, it is a pay-per-use one. Maintenance is surprisingly fast at responding and will fix up anything if there is a problem. Everything but the rented bedroom is furnished. Any Pets allowed, I have 2 guinea pigs, they are in my room so if there is complications with another animal i can adjust his cage as needed. NO DISHWASHER, along with a pretty shallow sink, so please be pretty good with doing your dishes. I prefer to keep the place clean and I hope you do too.
