I love the location! However, Phase 2 can get a bit dirty at times, especially in the lobby and elevator. The package room is always messy, and the noise from the interior balconies can be quite obnoxious.

Everyone is so nice sometimes on the pool deck people don’t pick up after themselves, but I love The pool deck and the quality of the gym and me and my roommate love our apartment. The amenities are great too just sucks that we have to walk to the main building to be able to use them.

Good apartment, management is nice, walls are thin, package delivery service needs improvement, otherwise apartment is nice and amenities are great!
