Hey everyone!! My name is Collin (he/him), and I am looking for a roommate to join me and my other roommate next year at Campus View Apartments for the upcoming lease term (August 2nd, 2025 - July 31st 2026). The apartment is a 3x3, and you’ll have... your own private bathroom. Rent is around ~$850/month, and there’s a $50 parking fee if you have a car. The apartment will come unfurnished, and there’s in-unit laundry.
A little about me: I am a third-year pre-med Biology and Spanish majors, and so I spend a lot of time in the library or volunteering in the afternoons. Besides that, I am pretty clean and super social/talkative, and so I am hoping to find a roommate who’s friendly, outgoing, and doesn’t mind us having people over or going out now and then. Also, my other roommate has a cat, so you must be cool with pets! Ideally, I’m looking for someone who would want to become friends.
