Live here only if you can tolerate breathing in marijuana smoke 24/7

A lot of people in this building smoke weed and management is extremely lax about enforcing its own non-smoking rules. I haven't seen a single person actually penalized for smoking in this apartment building; not even a single email was sent to dissuade the residents from smoking. The smoke will pretty much flow straight into your apartment if any of your neighbors smoke, day or night, and even on weekdays.
The amenities are not bad, but you can't enjoy them if your room smells like a skunk.... Management is more focused on advertising than actually making the living experience at least standard.
