The maintenance employee of the typical large property management company cares little about how quickly problems get resolved.

Furry friends policy... Pets must be approved before moving them in. Dogs, max weight 30 pounds and must be FULLY house trained. No puppies, no kittens.

Total due at signing of lease $2,250 security deposit plus last month's rent $2,767 (This amount covers July 1st 2026 through August 7th, 2026.) for a total of $ 5,017.

All utilities paid by tenants, except high-speed Internet paid by landlord. Large and free off-street parking.
