Third Place at Midtown

This is a joint lease with individual co-signers. Rent is $2,700 / month, split between four people ($675 / person). All utilities and internet are included in rent, except electricity (estimated cost ~$50 / month). Total estimated cost ~$725 /... person / month. There are two deposits, one $1,200 refundable security deposit, and one $1,200 non-refundable redecoration deposit. Split among four people, the security deposit is $300 refundable and the redecoration deposit is $300 non-refundable. There is a $100 application fee, $50 for the tenant and $50 for the co-signer background check.

It is a three floor apartment. The ground and third floor each have two bedrooms and one bathroom. The second floor has a dining room, kitchen (with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, electric stove, and oven), and living room. The third floor has a stacked washer and dryer in a closet. The ground floor has an extra closet.

We have three people signed onto the lease currently and are looking for a fourth. If you are interested, we would like to meet our potential roommate in person, and we can answer any further questions.

Additionally, we are specifically looking for a male roommate.
