The Ridge has amazing amenities and staff! The pool and gym amenities are unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. The spacious housing gives a great homey feel especially for college students away from their families

It’s pretty good. Maintenance could be a little better. The place was not clean when we moved in and there was spiders and spider webs in multiple places.

Personally I think the ridge is the best. It’s very comfortable and welcoming. Very nice environment. I think it is also a very feasible and good price for everything that the ridge has to offer. I love my roommate’s and I love the house that I live in now. 100% recommend.

Great community; although I’ve had a maintenance request regarding my back door that keeps getting “fixed” without anyone coming out or calling me with updates about it so that kinda sucks.

The Ridge is really nice and calm to live in. I have had a good experience so far. Especially, having a dog and trying to find a pet friendly apartment has been difficult. But here I have the space to walk my dog.
