BLVD GNV has demonstrated an alarming lack of professionalism and transparency in its management and communication with tenants. The condominium management is demanding that we vacate the apartment without any room for negotiation regarding the termination of our lease agreement. There has been no effort on their part to discuss potential solutions, provide reasonable notice, or accommodate our situation. This rigid and dismissive approach disregards basic tenant rights and creates significant... inconvenience for residents who have made financial and logistical commitments based on their lease agreements.
One of the most concerning aspects of our experience with BLVD GNV is their lack of transparency from the very beginning. The management does not allow tenants to view the apartment prior to moving in, making it impossible to assess the condition of the unit before committing to the lease. This lack of access means tenants are forced to sign contracts without fully knowing what they are agreeing to, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the management fails to provide clear information regarding the exact date by which we must vacate the apartment, leaving us in a state of uncertainty and making it difficult to plan our next steps.
Beyond these serious issues, the overall service provided by BLVD GNV is subpar at best. The management team is unresponsive, failing to reply to emails or address concerns in a timely manner. Their lack of communication leaves tenants frustrated and without essential information about their living arrangements. Receptionists, who are often the first point of contact, do not have the necessary details to assist residents effectively, further complicating the situation. This disorganization and lack of accountability reflect poorly on the professionalism of the company.
Given our experience, we strongly advise against renting from BLVD GNV. The lack of transparency, rigid policies, and unresponsive management create an environment of frustration and uncertainty. Tenants deserve respect, clear communication, and fair treatment—qualities that BLVD GNV has failed to provide. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND BLVD GNV under any circumstances.

They have the worst management possible. When I moved in, the apartment was very dirty, with cockroaches INSIDE of the fridge, everything was really filthy. The staff is mocking, rude and doesn't help you at all when you need it. The manager doesn't solve anything. I said I didn't want to live with someone who has a dog and they put a girl with a pitbull that wouldn't stop barking!!

Anytime i've communicated with staff its been nothing but a positive experience. The staff has always been open to any questions I are extremely knowledgeable about the property and procedures for any scenario. I truly do feel taken care of here!

Do you dislike the hold the internet has over you? If so, you should live at this apartment! My WiFi has been out for eleven days (almost two weeks), and there's no end in sight! So if you want to disconnect from modern life, this is a great place to do it.
It's also perfect for getting over your fear of bugs and cockroaches! I see cockroaches practically daily (and my roommates and I keep the apartment fairly clean), and have started to use killing them as an opportunity to unleash my rage at... the fact that my apartment has been without WiFi. I've taken to hissing insults at the cockroaches as I squash them, feeling the life drain out of their worthless bodies. They aren't paying rent, so I evict their souls from this overpriced apartment we call life.
If you really hate sleep, this apartment is great as well! With beds that will squeak and shake every time you move, you won't have to worry about quickly falling asleep again! It's great, because the legs of the bed will also be tilted perpetually at a sixty degree angle, also allowing you to be afraid that the bed will fall apart as you sleep.
Essentially, if you want an apartment that will build your character, this apartment is perfect. With cockroaches, internet outages, and squeaky beds, you can be sure that you'll come out of the apartment a more resilient individual than you came in.
