We are looking to sublease "The courtyards" apartment with 4 beds, 1.5 bath for 12 months starting this fall 2025. If you sublease through us, we will incentivize you with 50% off the first month's rent ($352.5). The Courtyards Apartments is in close... proximity to the campus and approximately takes 5 minutes walk to the Broward dining hall. You will be responsible for only 1 bedroom portion of the rent. Distance from campus/Broward dining hall: 0.3 miles
Layout: 4 bedroom flat layout with 1.5 baths
Lease term: August 16th 2025 till July 31st 2026.
Total rent for the term: $8460 for 12 months
Monthly rent: $705.
Utilities included in the rent: Water, Electricity, Internet, Trash/Recycling, Cable/Satellite, Wastewater and Pest control
You will still have to sign a new lease with the courtyards apartments yourself but you will be our replacement tenant. You must mention this to us and the courtyards apartment before signing the lease. Otherwise, you may not be considered as a replacement tenant.
