Hey everyone! I’m looking to sublease my private bedroom in University Club Apartments this Summer 2025. It’s a fantastic, budget-friendly spot just 2 minutes from the Southwest end of UF.
I've lived here for the last 3 years and it's been... amazing!

Rent: $679

Location: University Club Apartments—right by campus, with easy bus routes that come by every 5-10 minutes(9, 35, 37) with shopping and dining nearby including Bulter Plaza 6 minutes away.
Amenities: Pool, fitness center, computer lab with free printing, study lounge (many hours spent here), ample resident parking and guest parking.
Management: Very friendly and helpful. Maintenance fixes things almost instantly when asked and landscapers come by as well
Your Space: A private bedroom with its own bathroom and generous closet.
Pet Policy: Pet-friendly!
