Used to be an amazing deal to live here, now the rent is stupidly high and what was supposed to be a game room for residents turned out to be a woman's only gym.

I had a great day today grilling some meat with friends at the community area. The space was clean, well-maintained, and easy to use, which made the experience even better. I really appreciate how comfortable and convenient the amenities are here.

Has a lot of good things but also its missing community engagement. Parking is too expensive and it is not great to park 10 min away when you are in a hurry.

Regarding parking, we understand how inconvenient it... can feel at times. With the first floor now open to the public, we aren’t able to make further changes to the current parking setup, and unfortunately we can’t reduce the walking time to campus. That said, we’ll continue doing everything we can within our control to keep the experience as smooth and consistent as possible for our residents.
We also appreciate your note about community engagement. While some aspects are already at capacity, we’re always working to create meaningful events and opportunities for residents to connect.
