Used to be an amazing deal to live here, now the rent is stupidly high and what was supposed to be a game room for residents turned out to be a woman's only gym.

Loooove living here, amenities are great! The location is super convenient, especially for UF students, since it’s close to campus. Management and staff are generally helpful and responsive when you need something fixed or have questions.

Points off for getting an 04 C room but it’s a nice apartment! I love the sauna and meeting a lot of students here. They need to fix more requests tho.

We understand that rent comparisons can feel frustrating. However, our current rental rates remain below the market average for the surrounding area and are reviewed carefully to stay competitive while... continuing to maintain the community.
Regarding the retail space, we’d like to clarify that this area was never designated as a resident game room. It has always been a leased retail space, and its intended use from the beginning was a women’s only gym operated by an outside tenant. We’re sorry for any confusion or misinformation that may have caused misunderstanding around this.
