I recently moved in and couldn’t be happier with my choice. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making the leasing process smooth and enjoyable. I had the pleasure of working with Kaela. The amenities are top-notch, especially the pool and gym.
The location is perfect—close to Archer for shopping and restaurants and transportation to UF. My apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained, with great views and plenty of natural light.
Overall, I highly recommend Ridgemar Commons to... anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live!

Issue with manager
8/29/24
Since the day of move in (Aug-1-2024) we are having dryer issue problems. I have visiting the leasing office multiple times, but the issue was not fixed. Today the manager of Ridgemar Commons was yelling at me saying dryer issues are not an emergency issues. She asked me to dry our clothes in shower room.
Please find a good place where people treat you nicely. DON'T MOVE HERE

We’d like to clarify what... happened during your recent visit to our office. At the time, we were dealing with a medical emergency involving another resident, which required our immediate attention. I apologize if this situation led to any misunderstandings. I had to speak over the injured resident we were assisting when you came in to inquire about your dryer, which was certainly not intended to come across as rude or dismissive.
Regarding your dryer, I want to emphasize that we did replace it that same day to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We understand how inconvenient it is to be without a fully functioning appliance, and we're sorry for the disruption this caused.
Please know that we're here to help with any future concerns, and we hope to continue improving your experience in our community.

Love the location and maintenance

The maintenance here is wonderful! They come check is a very timely manner, and they do a good job at solving the issue. Also, the location is conveniently located next to 34th Street, but tucked away, so it isn't too noise. I have also always felt safe here, and the area around it is pretty safe as well. The apartments are well kept and comfortable. Overall, a wonderful place to be, and I would recommend it to anyone.
