Monarch

The unit is fully furnished with a couch, coffee table, tv stand, and 55 inch smart tv in the common area as well as barstools for the island. The bedroom space includes a full XL bed frame, headboard, and mattress. There is also a desk/desk chair,... nightstand, and dresser. You will also get your own full-size closet and private bathroom.

The community is wonderful, probably the best apartment I've lived in in my past 3 years being in Gainesville. The apartment itself has a ton of amenities, including a rooftop pool/spa, 2 gyms, a courtyard area with games and a CrossFit area, a dog park, and tons of study spaces.

In terms of location, Monarch is in a super great area. It’s very safe as it is located next to a bunch of other student apartment complexes. It is also a short walk from several food options including Chik-Fil-A, El Indio, Bolay, City Food Hall, Piesano’s, Cava, Chipotle, and more. There is also a Publix about 4 minute walk down the street which I shop at frequently.

The unit will be available beginning May 4th, 2025 until July 31st, 2025 (so, a 3 month time span). If you wish to continue your lease at Monarch, you will have to contact the leasing office to resign for a full 12 months.

All utilities except electricity and trash removal (a $5 monthly fee) are included in the rent price.
