Hey! I'm a female pharmacy student looking to sublease to a roommate at Lexington Crossing. I originally leased out both bedrooms of my 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment for the 2025-2026 academic year, but now I would like someone to take over one.... Move-in is as early as August 1.
The rent would be $820 for you, utilities included (I will pay more of the rent and pay for the utilities). There is a move-in fee but I will also cover it for you, along with most of the first month of rent. The apartment is pre-furnished and petless and comes with high speed internet, all utilities, an in-unit washer and dryer and access to a gym and pool. The bedrooms are separate with ensuite bathrooms and there is free parking.
The apartment has bus routes to campus, including a direct shuttle for the Fall and Spring semesters, and it's a 15-20 min bus ride or 5 minute drive. Please let me know if you're interested!
