This was such a peaceful place to live. I lived here 2 years ago. For a lil over a year. And absolutely loved it! Jenny and Ms. Brenda were so good to me. I miss it there. I have absolutely no complaints at all. Was a blessing!

As a tenant who have been living here for 5 years I love Hamlet Cove it’s very quiet and Ms.Jenny is a wonderful Apartment Manager also Maintenance respond very quickly to any issues! Also perfect location from shopping area and great for taking walks.

They have a huge issue with roaches. They try to help the situation by getting the exterminator but will only use it in our apartment, even though our apartment is connected to 3 other apartments. Which doesn’t helps the roach problem at all! They are trying to improve each of the apartments but they aren’t doing anything about the roaches in the connecting apartments! Worst apartment I’ve ever stayed in! Great location though.
