Country Village

This is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit. The current lease will expire in July 2025. I'm looking for a roommate to sublease from January to July because my current roommate will graduate in December 2024. When the current lease expires, it can be renewed... on a 12-month basis. The rent is $595 monthly per person, covering all the utilities except electricity. The unit is unfurnished, but I have some essential furniture in the living room, so you may need to prepare yours for the bedroom.

Eligibility: Tenants must be current or incoming UF students. The office will do background checks before admission.

This is a relatively small complex, so the managers can tell everyone's name. They are enthusiastic about their jobs and always respond to any issues quickly.

The location is convenient.
- Driving: Parking is free, and there are sufficient parking places anytime.
- Bus: Routes 1, 9, 12, 35, 37, and 38 are available off campus on Archer Rd or the SW 23rd Terrace, and Routes 33, 52, and 122 are available on Hull Rd on campus. It usually takes 10 minutes to the campus or Butler Plaza.
- Walking: Depending on where you go, it typically takes 20-30 minutes to Reitz Union and nearby places where most students take classes or 10 minutes to the Southwest Recreation Center and the museums.
- Biking: It takes less time than walking. Bike racks are available outside the apartment.

Subleasing is applicable. This apartment is popular thanks to the cheap rent and great location.
