1 mile north of UF in Florida Park neighborhood - pleasant walk down NW... 18th St. & is on 2 bus routes (8,10) along NW 13th St. Bicycles available for use, one men's, one women's.

No lease. Rental agreement is custom-adapted to your needs.
Deposit: $200.

One good-sized bedroom (SE), with view of woods. Walk-in closet, queen-sized bed, desk, mini-fridge, bookcases, bureau, small TV with Firestick.
Bathroom is adjacent to room (and a 2nd bathroom available if needed); shared with resident in NE room (female) for just a few (less than 7) days during entire summer.

Fiber-optic high-speed Internet with wi-fi. Landline phone.
Central forced-air heat & A/C; ceiling fans.
Washer/dryer; piano (just tuned!).
House shared with the owner, a retired American cultural anthropologist specialized in Latin America (female), who will be in town only part of the summer.
