The neighborhood is quiet, safe, full of greenery, and has a lakeside view—perfect for both study and daily life. Only 2 miles from UF, just a 10-minute drive.

Modern renovation, clean and bright throughout

Two bedrooms currently available, the two bedrooms that are being rented out share a bathroom

Bedrooms are currently unfurnished, if you want it to be furnished it can be done before move in.

Rent is $650 per room/month

Utilities and internet cost not included in rent

Utilities and internet are split among three roommates, about $60–80/month per person, depending on usage

Move-in date: July 17 (flexible)

Default lease is for a year, can be terminated at the end of fall, spring, and summer semester with 2 months advance notice and payment of $150 dollar fee

Male roommates only

No illegal behavior within the community, including illegal drugs

No smoking inside, must go outside, don't litter cigarettes and ashes, will provide ashtray upon request

When using common area (kitchen, living room, etc), please restore to its previous state immediately after use unless its impossible (i.e you have burnt food on your pan and need to soak it for a few hours in the sink).

Please be mindful of other roomates in regards to noise. For example, don't use loud appliances late at night/early in the morning, if your playing a video that can be heard outside your room, use headphones.
