3BD/1BA House in NW Gainesville (Shared Housing)

Room in 3BD/1BA house available for a year long lease from August 2025-2026! We are looking for another graduate student or young professional to share the space with as one of our current roommates is leaving to move in with her partner. I graduated... from UF with my masters last fall and am now a full time Environmental Specialist and my roommate is a current PhD student in the Astronomy department. We are looking for someone who is easy-going, clean and respectful of shared spaces. This is also a co-ed space so we’d want someone open to any and all sorts of folks. The room is $600 plus utilities, which fluctuate with the seasons but usually end up around $100 give or take $20. We are open to animals if friendly and well trained- but renters require a $30/month pet fee FYI. The location is kinda the best of both worlds as the house is in a neighborhood right off of University Ave so campus is a short bike ride away but the house is also tucked up enough off the main road that we don’t get all the foot traffic and noise you’d expect from living off University.
