Maintenance Tickets, Internet, AC, and parking issues
The parking situation here is honestly ridiculous. You can get booted for parking in spots that aren’t even labeled. I actually got booted when I first moved in, and now it’s happened again because the parking permit they gave me apparently expired after a year. I didn’t realize that, and when I renewed my lease they never gave me a new one or sent any kind of email about it.
What makes it even more frustrating is that I literally have a sticker showing I’m a resident and still got booted. The communication from management is seriously lacking, and parking is already extremely limited as it is.
And parking isn’t the only issue. There are ongoing maintenance problems, appliances like the dryers and ovens are outdated and constantly breaking, and the AC acts up. If you work remotely or need reliable internet for studying, that’s another problem. The internet only seems to work about three weeks out of each month.
Overall, I would strongly recommend not moving here.

Regarding parking, we sent multiple emails about the annual decal renewal, including where to pick up the new permit, along with the updated shape and color so it was clear older decals were no longer valid. These communications also included a countdown to when enforcement would resume and vehicles without current decals would be subject to booting or towing. Enforcement is handled by a third-party vendor based on permit status—not residency—so expired decals are still subject to enforcement.
Regarding internet, we do acknowledge there have been intermittent disruptions in the past with our provider. We’ve been actively working to improve reliability and understand how frustrating that can be. We also want to better understand the maintenance and appliance concerns you mentioned, as these are typically addressed promptly when reported. STAY AWAY
Management and maintenance sucks and responds back DAYS sometimes WEEKS later. They close out request without fixing anything. Roach infestation. More paid parking spots closer to your building than non-paid ones. Everything is breaking and creaking constantly. Insulation sucks because I hear upstairs and downstairs neighbors constantly. Roommate matching is always off, they just put you with whoever. They will hound you about money but won’t do anything you request if them, aka won’t Fulfill their services. Maintenance will just walk into your apartment with no warning. Mold increasingly grows everywhere. You’re not billed accordingly for your bills appropriately (one roommates will be billed a lot less as if you’re paying their portion). Beware and weigh your options!!

Do not move here
Looks like they like to charge people for trash. I moved out clean the placed but they don't do a revision when you give them the keys and them after you are gone they want to charge you hundreds of $ for trash. My recommendation to who ever moves here take lots of picture when you move in and move out. take picture of everything and everywhere. take videos even under your bed, because they will find something to take your money. Bad maintained and yes roaches when I moved in.

STAY AWAY
I lived at Campus Lodge for the past two years. It has only gone downhill. At first, it wasn't that bad and the management was nice, but once they changed management, it is terrible. They will try to squeeze as much money as they can out of students, knowing we are unlikely to fight it. For example, I just received a cleaning charge of $285 for move-out, even though I took all my belongings. They charged $500 for "20 trash bags" split between the roommates. I was able to get this reduced to under 200, but there's always hidden service fees and billings fees that they conveniently leave out. Dealing with their managers is a nightmare as they are unforgiving and brutal. Avoid this complex and their parent company at all costs.
