For the past three years, we’ve had cleaners on-site during move-in to address any missed services and have always been willing to assist when given the opportunity. Regarding parking, we sent multiple emails about the annual decal renewal, including where to pick up the new permit, along with the updated shape and color so it was clear older decals were no longer valid. These communications also included a countdown to when enforcement would resume and vehicles without current decals would be subject to booting or towing. Enforcement is handled by a third-party vendor based on permit status—not residency—so expired decals are still subject to enforcement. Regarding internet, we do acknowledge there have been intermittent disruptions in the past with our provider. We’ve been actively working to improve reliability and understand how frustrating that can be. We also want to better understand the maintenance and appliance concerns you mentioned, as these are typically addressed promptly when reported.
