To clarify on the price, I pay $780 in rent but this includes the $35 parking. There is an option to opt-out and pay $745! Additionally, there are sign on fees: -$240 Administration and application fee to sign on -The security deposit is currently... being waved by the apartment complex (I'm not sure how long this will last)
This apartment is located on the third floor of Building D (the building with the office, main pool, and gym), offering everything you need for a comfortable, community-focused living experience! Although this building is designated as premium for the upcoming year, any future sublet will return to the standard, lower rate. Being on the third floor is a huge plus—not directly on the central walkway of the first floor and elevated from street level, giving you added privacy and peace of mind. Plus, with only one shared wall, noise has never been an issue!
Room B has lovely views overlooking the street, filling the space with natural light while keeping your room private from onlookers. The room is fully furnished with a Full XL bed, desk, chair, dresser (which can be stored under the bed to save space), and a closet with mirrored sliding doors.
The shared living space is warm and welcoming, with a cozy couch, coffee table, and TV stand provided by the complex. The current residents have added a TV and a rug for everyone’s enjoyment! The Roku TV allows you to log into any streaming site and even has some live TV options. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. My roommates and I share kitchen supplies, spices, condiments, and other essentials, making it super convenient!
Bonus: there’s an in-unit washer and dryer with additional storage space—no more hauling laundry around!
The three current roommates (all women) are my close friends, very chill, and friendly. We share essentials and keep things running smoothly with a laid-back vibe.
Maintenance is responsive, parking is always available, and the amenities like the pool and gym are top-notch! The location is excellent, close to Depot Park, Sorority Row, and a basketball court, so you get a nice blend of campus energy and a suburban-city feel.
If you have a friend interested, the setup is flexible! My current bathroom-sharing roommate (Room A) may also need to move out due to personal reasons so the other room may be open!
