I’m looking for 2 people to take over me and my roommate’s leases about May 5 to July 31. Both of us are leaving permanently so the lease is eligible for renewal afterwards! (just as long as the complex still has Fall availability) Standard rent for... my floorplan is $970 per month (including furniture rent) but we’ve discounted it to $900 per person per month, and we will pay the $300 per person reassignment fee. There are no leasing or utility setup fees (a savings of $325!), all you will have to pay is the $50 application fee. Water, electricity, and sewer utilities are billed separately Both the living room and upstairs bedroom have high vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light, plus both bedrooms have walk-in closets! The lower bedroom also has a private balcony. The apartment complex is within walking distance of UF campus and close to multiple bus routes. Butler Plaza is only a short drive or bus ride away, so it's perfect for shopping trips! The complex is fairly small and peaceful, and amenities include a pool, outdoor grills, 24-hour gym, and free computer lab. The complex is pet friendly, you’d just need to pay pet rent. PRICE AND TIME RANGE ARE NEGOTIABLE!
